Grass and flowers grow EVERYWHERE here

These were all in or near Sheffield, which is not even near the REALLY wet coast.


That's a vertical wall.



In a broken tree branch, WAY off the ground (I was on the cliff road at Padley Gorge), a lawn is growing:

Review for anyone who wonders why I'm so excited: New Mexico, watered and untended, generally looks like dirt and rocks.

Sometimes with tumbleweeds.
